I’m Will.

I’m a Career Advisor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a lover of communication, and a developer of people. and a current MBA student at UNO.

I did my undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where I studied business as a member of the UNO CBA Scholars Academy. My Bachelor’s degree is in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, Management & Leadership, and Sales. In 2025, I completed my Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Collaboration Science.

I love exploring the relationship between history and current events, and this love drew me to pursue a minor in Political Science. This site is a space to explore how history and current events interact in the field of business and a place to seek a deeper understanding of how we can learn from the past in our current context. Additionally, as a Career Advisor, I am using this blog to share my personal discoveries and passion for talking with students about purpose, meaning, and careers.

I also post career and life updates, share my musings (yapping for those unfamiliar), and talk about what I’m learning as I continue to broaden my own perspectives.
